Recently one of my friends bought a brand new 2024 Maruti Suzuki Ertiga in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh in Jayalakshmi Maruti in Guntur, so far the delivery experience has been very good. So let’s get detailed about the experience.
The moment you enter the showroom the receptionist receives you with humbleness, enquires the requirements of our visit, and asks us to be seated in the lounge area. You will be given refreshments like water, tea, and coffee to settle down a bit and the sales representative will attend shortly to discuss our preferred car. The representative explains all the details about the car and showcases the model to experience in real-time, they also have a test drive offer where if a test drive is not provided for the particular model when you ask you will be rewarded with some gift from the showroom side.
All models, variants, and colors are available to see in the showroom and if not they took us to the godown to show the particular color or model. We went to Jayalakshmi Maruti in Guntur which is a Maruti Suzuki Arena. Accessories are also available and ready to see like how they appear in real-time which is a breeze to decide whichever accessories we want.
After a long time of discussion and godown visits, we finally decided to book the 2024 Ertiga silver color The booking was also easy and fast, the delivery happened two weeks from the booking date and the experience was very good.
The car was shown very early to check the color, model and any other damages and our sales representative took us to the delivery area and other staff from the showroom was also present to greet the occasion with a delivery welcome gift and a cake cutting, in the delivery welcome gift there was a Cadbury celebrations chocolate box with two leather key holder for the car keys and a small greeting card with car polish wax was given as welcome gift.
