Citroen Basalt Price
Citroen Basalt Launched at Rs – 7.99 lakhs ex-showroom and you book the car with a booking amount of Rs – 11,001 at your nearest showroom or Citroen’s official website and this price is valid till October 31st.
Other model prices for the turbo petrol manual and turbo petrol automatic variants have yet to be revealed.

Citroen Basalt Specifications
Citroen Basalt is powered by a two engine options
- 1.2 liter naturally aspirated 3 cylinder engine which pumps out 82 hp and 115 nm of torque with only 5-speed manual gearbox on offer.
- 1.2-liter turbo petrol 3-cylinder engine with 110 hp and 190 nm in the 6-speed manual gearbox and 205 nm in the 6-speed automatic gearbox.
Basalt has a wheelbase of 2651 mm and an overall length of 4352 mm with a height of 1593 mm giving it a high stance and rugged SUV feel and a huge 470 mm boot space.
Interior and Exterior
Inside the car, it is updated with new styling and dual finish with a new 10.2-inch infotainment touchscreen display and a feature-loaded 7-inch instrument cluster with very clean telemetry.
The most intelligent feature of the back seat is that it has adjustable thigh support at the rear seats with 2-step adjustability for better comfort in longer journeys.

In the 1.2 liter naturally aspirated manual it gives a certified mileage of 18 kmpl.
In 1.2-liter turbo petrol engine, it gives 19.5 kmpl in the manual variant and 18.7 kmpl in the automatic variant.
