Toyota has launched a new edition to the Fortuner lineup of cars in India with a leader edition with more features and updates. Let’s dive into the details of the Toyota Fortuner leader edition
Updates
Toyota Fortuner Leader edition is updated with a new front and rear bumper spoiler, blacked-out alloy wheels, tire pressure monitoring system, wireless charger, auto folding orvm’s, and interior dual-tone seats. Fortuner Leader Edition is available only in the 4×2 model in the diesel version.
Engine specifications
The engine is powered by a 2.8 Liter 4 cylinder DOHC unit with turbocharger and intercooler producing 201 ps and 420 nm in a manual gearbox, 500 nm in automatic 6-speed gearboxes which was used in the newly launched 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser. 265/65 R17 tire and rim sizes are used, 7 airbags are on offer, and a kerb weight of 2610 kg in total, all other features and specifications are carried forward to the Fortuner Leader edition.
